The first step to becoming a Mortgage Broker is to complete either a Certificate IV or Diploma of Mortgage Finance. Courses can be undertaken Online, by Distance learning of through attending workshops. Online and distance courses can be started at any time while we run workshops monthly.

The comprehensive finance and mortgage courses are designed for people who wish to have a career as in banking, Finance or  Mortgage broking and are suitable whether you will be working under the direction of a Mortgage Manager, Lending Institution, Franchise or in your own Mortgage Broking business or  have  already been working within the industry and require accreditation.

Courses are available as virtually, face to face, online or distance learning.

The face to face finance and mortgage broker workshops are presented as a blended learning program either in capital cities or via a remote / virtual classrooms to make it easy for you to attend and are taught by successful industry experienced trainers.

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking – 3  days

Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking – 2 days

Combined Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking – 5 days

Course logins are emailed out prior to workshop start dates to allow you to do pre-reading of the course materials. You will also be sent instructions on how to get set up on in the remote classroom for the workshops. We would suggest testing everything works before the course start date, and we are happy to help with all aspects of getting set up.
