Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management

This Finance and Mortgage Broker Diploma Course has been specifically designed for existing Mortgage and Finance Broking professionals who wish to diversify their existing client offerings to include commercial finance while also increasing their qualification to the highest industry-specific standard available (Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management).

MFAA members wanting to obtain “Credit Adviser” or “Certified Credit Adviser” status. – The MFAA now requires members to obtain diploma qualifications from a preferred Training Organisation or undertake additional MFAA case studies in order to obtain “Credit Adviser” membership.

It is expected that those entering this Mortgage Broker Diploma course will have:

• Completed the Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40820 or FNS40815 or FNS40811)
• Have Experience within the Finance and Mortgage Broking Industry
• Hold a current membership with a relevant industry association (MFAA / FBAA)

The Diploma will teach you how to:

• Identify and present broking options to clients with complex needs
• Structure commercial, business, property, and leasing finance
• Analyse financial statements and determine and manage risk exposure
