MFAA members wanting to obtain “Credit Adviser” or “Certified Credit Adviser” status. – The MFAA now requires members to obtain diploma qualifications from a preferred Training Organisation or undertake additional MFAA case studies in order to obtain “Credit Adviser” membership.
It is expected that those entering this Mortgage Broker Diploma course will have:
- Completed the Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40820 or FNS40815 or FNS40811)
- Have Experience within the Finance and Mortgage Broking Industry
- Hold a current membership with a relevant industry association (MFAA / FBAA)
The Diploma will teach you how to:
- Identify and present broking options to clients with complex needs
- Structure commercial, business, property, and leasing finance
- Analyse financial statements and determine and manage risk exposure
