The SMSF Lending course offered by Walker and Miller is a specialised course to help Mortgage brokers to get a more thorough understanding of Self Managed Super Fund Loans to aid in navigating this complex and technical area of broking.


This course offers a comprehensive mortgage broker Training Seminar delivering industry-specific concepts and proven techniques to aspiring and experienced mortgage brokers on SMSF lending.


This course has been written by Industry specialists to cover the background of SMSF, how to structure SMSF loans, important differences between SMSF loans and other loans, and sample scenario for you to work through to demonstrate your new found skills.

After finishing this course you have the knowledge, understanding, skills and the confidence to write SMSF loans. Students at all levels of knowledge and experience can benefit from this course.

There are no prior entry requirements or prior qualifications required. It is envisaged that attendees will be working mortgage brokers or others involved in the mortgage broking industry such as those working for a Mortgage Manager, bank, credit union etc.

This course is a 3 hour seminar that runs in either a morning session (beginning at 9am) or an afternoon session (beginning at 2pm). These seminars are held in most Major Australian Cities.
