This comprehensive face-to-face training program is designed for people who wish to upgrade their qualifications as a Professional Mortgage Broker, either currently working in their own Mortgage Broking Business, under the direction of a Mortgage Manager, Lending Institution or a Franchise. The program will broaden the scope of their Mortgage and Finance Broking business or advance their career, through a deeper understanding of complex financing and risk assessment.
The upgrade diploma is presented as a blended learning program with 2 intensive days and external assessment while the full diploma program is run over 5 days. The course builds on your existing knowledge and qualifies the successful participant for the FNS50315 Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management which is recognised as the maximum educational requirement for accredited Australian Mortgage Brokers.
This Diploma course provides a balance between theory, industry-based case studies and practical skills to deliver results that can be immediately applied in the competitive marketplace. The final assessments will be reviewed of the last day of the workshop, giving students a head start on completing he required assignments. Students will then have up to 6 months to submit their assignments, and may complete the course as quickly or as slowly as they wish within the six month timeframe.
