This comprehensive face-to-face training program is designed for people who wish to have a career as a Professional Mortgage Broker, either working in their own Mortgage Broking Business, under the direction of a Mortgage Manager, Lending Institution or a Franchise.
Presented as an intensive program, the course includes practical Mortgage Broker Industry Induction and the FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking which is the Australia wide accredited qualification for mortgage or finance broking.
The Certificate IV course provides a balance between theory, industry-based case studies and practical skills to deliver results that can be immediately applied in the competitive marketplace. This is what makes our course different from the rest - it's more than just academic, it provides the practical tools for success in the mortgage industry
Students will have up to 6 months from the completion of the workshop in which to submit their assignments, although students may complete their work as quickly or as slowly within the six month timeframe as they wish.
